- Experience with in-person and virtual training. Zoom, Google Meets/Huddles.
- Design Instructional learning experiences for employees of all levels in the organization.
- Facilitate programs and deliver; train the trainer programs. Ability to work collaboratively with Curriculum and Training team.
- Support management and ensure high-quality program implementation through training and demonstration
