I’m Michele and I am living in Carmel Valley, California on the Monterey Peninsula (Central Coast).

Blessed to be here and excited to be able to reach out to people all over the world.

I have been a training coach and instructor for 20 years and enjoy learning new ways to excite the class to be able to reach their best. I utilize my beautiful surroundings, my creative resources, and the internet to incorporate into my training to make them real world and enjoyable to be a part of.

I want to see people succeed and that is where I get my energy from. In order to stay grounded, I have a beautiful vegetable garden that I am getting better at every year. I have just planted 8 fruit trees and expect some fruit next year
